Launched in 2025 in Downtown Rochester, NY, EMO Restaurant & Lounge is more than a place to eat— it’s a space to connect, celebrate, and experience the best of Rochester’s culture. Founded by a team of passionate Black-Women entrepreneurs, EMO was created to bring something new to the city: a restaurant and lounge that blends flavor, style, and community all under one roof.
